About the Class
Discover the calming art of Tai Chi in this adult-friendly class, designed to enhance strength, reduce stress, and promote mental clarity through slow, deliberate movements and meditation in motion.
Mr. Wu began practicing martial arts at the age of six and received systematic, professional martial arts training in China. He has taught Tai Chi and martial arts in the United States for many years, leading his students to win awards multiple times in international martial arts competitions.
His Tai Chi movements are precise, continuous, smooth, and well balanced between softness and strength. Every posture and movement reflects a solid foundation and the accumulation of many years of practice. In class, Mr. Wu explains concepts clearly and demonstrates techniques in detail. He is extremely patient with students, making his classes especially suitable for parents who wish to improve their physical health and relax both body and mind through Tai Chi amid their busy lives.
Parents who are interested are warmly welcome to register for the Tai Chi course and experience the physical and mental benefits that Tai Chi brings.
