About the Class

Objective

Achieve the dream of playing, singing, and creating your own songs. As the piano becomes more common, mastering the skills of performance and accompaniment brings music into everyday life and helps you find your personal stage.


Target Students

Children who love music and Chinese learning, early childhood educators, and vocal enthusiasts.


Course Content

The course combines piano fundamentals, sight-singing, music theory, composition, and improvisation. Starting with chords, students will gradually learn various accompaniment styles through hands-on practice with folk, children's, and popular songs, broadening their musical horizons.Using the "Image 1+3" method for left and right hand coordination, the course strengthens basic finger skills and ensemble playing. Students will systematically learn chord accompaniment (triads, seventh chords, frameworks, creative embellishments) and enhance emotional expression.Students will be able to read and combine staff notation, number notation, and chord charts to develop comprehensive improvisational skills. Lesson videos are provided for review, and an inquiry-based teaching method stimulates musical imagination and mind-hand coordination.


Materials Required

Own keyboard and designated textbooks.
